Mattia Ambrosini boasts extensive experience in Strategic Consulting and Private Equity. He began his career at Bain & Company in São Paulo, advising large multinationals on diverse projects like global supply-chain strategies and business plans. Pursuing an MBA at MIT Sloan, he was Co-President of the Venture Capital and Private Equity Club and part of the Finance Track’s Advisory Board. Post-MBA, Mattia joined Advent International’s London Office, working on high-profile deals and creating value within portfolio companies. During the pandemic, he moved back to Italy, joining the sovereign Wealth Fund CDPE as an Investment Manager, and currently serves as Associate Director at ProA Capital’s Italian Office.
