He acquired Confinvest S.p.A., where he served as CEO, taking the company public on the Italian Stock Exchange before selling his stake to an Industrial Group. He founded the search fund W4H, which acquired OPT S.p.A, a company focusing on the healthcare sector, where he currently sits on the board.
Today, he is the CEO and Founder of Sovereign Capital Advisory, a Board Member of OPT S.p.A., and co-founder of Admind.AI.

He oversees DGPA’s M&A activities, offering guidance and expert assistance to national and multinational entities in complex corporate finance transactions. He holds positions as a board member in various private companies, where he brings his extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic development, and financial oversight. His leadership and pragmatic approach have been instrumental in guiding companies towards transformative growth and operational excellence.
