Born and raised in an Italian family of business owners, Briano has been actively involved family-owned companies across pharmaceuticals and hospitality.
Simultaneously, he built a 10 year career throughout Italy and abroad in luxury retail and cruise (MSC), tasked with a business unit turnaround where he developed a particular interest in change management.
Briano does his best work in the winter months as the teams unofficial ski instructor, is a professional chef and a keen sailor.
