Francesco is an industrial engineer with a passion for operating small businesses, having matured professional experience in turnaround management and private equity:
• During his 3 years as a turnaround manager, he worked alongside the management of struggling businesses, directly leading teams of 3-5 people directly (and 15-20+ indirectly) through the implementation of turnaround levers across different verticals of the company (manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales etc.)
• Over the last year, at AUCTUS, he learned how to complete a successful transaction, performing CDDs, company valuations and leading the end-to-end acquisition of a €10m EBITDA company.
